Gardaí Appeal for Information Following Birr Incident

Gardaí are appealing for information following an alleged hit-and-run and assault that occurred near Lidl in Birr at approximately 9:30am yesterday.

The vehicle involved is believed to be a gold Volkswagen Passat.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, has dashcam or CCTV footage from the area, or has any information on the whereabouts of the vehicle is asked to contact Birr Garda Station on 057 916 9710.

Gardaí say that any information, no matter how minor it may seem, could assist with the ongoing investigation.
