Tullamore Cricket Club Claim Three-Wicket Win Over Wexford Wanderers

Tullamore Cricket Club’s 1st XI claimed an impressive three-wicket victory over Wexford Wanderers on Saturday, July 25, after chasing down a target of 142.

Batting first, Wexford Wanderers were all out for 141, with Tullamore producing a disciplined bowling performance to keep their opponents within reach.

In reply, Tullamore reached 142/7, successfully chasing the target to secure the victory.

Nishanth Ramdass starred with an outstanding all-round performance, finishing unbeaten on 37 with the bat before also taking 2 wickets for 14 runs.

Zeeshan Islam top-scored for Tullamore with 40 runs, while Arun Pandi Suresh led the bowling attack with superb figures of 4 wickets for 11 runs. George Jebaraj also made an important contribution with the ball, claiming 2 wickets for 35 runs.

The victory sees Tullamore add another win to their season following a composed performance with both bat and ball.
